Patient Arrivals:
For your protection, as well as other animals in the hospital, all dogs must be on a leash and cats in a carrier.  We have leashes available if you do not have your own.

Appointments / Walk-ins:
Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome.  Emergency cases and appointments will receive top priority over
walk-ins.

Physical Examination:
A physical examination by our doctor is required for each patient before any kind of vaccination, treatment, or service is performed.

Surgery:
All surgeries require examination, pre-anesthetic blood work, intravenous catheter and fluids, pain management, surgical monitoring, and temperature management.  Surgery plans are created by the doctor, specifically for each individual patient.  Non-emergency surgeries are only performed on weekdays; drop-off time is between 8:00am-9:30am.
 
Boarding:
All boarders require a current exam (within the past 6 months) by our doctor and all vaccinations must be up-to-date.  Vaccine records from other hospitals/clinics may be accepted (please bring paper work).  The bordetella vaccine is required every 6 months for boarders.  All pets receive a Capstar pill when they arrive; this kills any adult fleas they may be carrying.  Boarders staying over two weeks will also require a flea preventative application.  Please notify us if your pet is already current on their flea prevention.  Pets may be kept in the same cage under supervision only; after hours all boarders are placed in individual cages.  We are happy to accommodate your loved one with their personal items from home; however, we can supply food, water, bedding, and treats.

Bathing/Grooming:
All pets getting bathed or groomed require a current examination by the doctor (within the past 6 months) and all vaccinations must be up-to-date.  Vaccine records from other hospitals/clinics may be accepted (please bring paper work).  Bathing/grooming is only done on weekdays; drop-off time is between 8:00am-9:30am.

We respect your privacy.  Your personal information will never be shared with any other organization or third party.

Payment:
We require payment, in full, at the time services are rendered.  We accept major credit cards, debit, CareCredit and cash. CHECKS NOT ACCEPTED. All forms of payment, except cash, require a valid ID card or driver’s license.  All estimates exceeding $300.00 require a 50% deposit before services commence.  If you are interested in payment plans, you may apply for CareCredit in our office or online.  CareCredit is a credit card that is widely accepted at health profession offices.
